REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Time Frame: All refund and return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot process requests submitted after this period.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

The Refund & Return Process

1. Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to explain the reason for your return. Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the product.

2. 2. Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. This process may take up to 3 business days.

   3. Approval & Processing:

      • For Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The credit will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

      • For Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for a different size or item, we will ship the new product to you once the return is approved.

   4. Denied Returns: If an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (e.g., used, damaged, or missing tags), the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you.

    

   Damaged or Incorrect Items

    

   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and sending the correct one.
